"DO NOT GO HERE! Because the Dr I saw couldn't simply write me a script for the correct antibiotic I'm out $1200 because I had to go to the ER where they gave me a Zpack I was fine three days later."

"Would highly NOT recommend this walk-in. I wasn't feeling too good so I went for a rapid covid and flu test. They told me $225 and I specifically asked if I would be charged more for the testing and the answer was no. I attempted to pay and they told me it didn't go through and I might get a bill. The PA seemed good seemed to know his stuff. I left and in good faith called to make my payment a few days later. Getting through to the billing department was a nightmare. I made the payment for $225 and when they emailed the receipt it said $325! I called back and they told me there were additional charges for "lab fees". Firstly they were rapid tests second I was told there would be no additional charge. They told me they had to send it for "review" I asked to cancel my payment from an hour prior and bill me once they figured it out. They flat out refused after charging me an additional $100 I never authorized!! I had to go to my bank file a dispute and finally just received a credit to my account for $100. I better not get a bill as they told me they use the same rapid test you can buy for $10. Will never go back!!"

"Staff and provider were very friendly and helpful. Getting the culture results for my very sick child was nearly impossible. Office sends you to some call center where you’re on hold for 30+ minutes. It makes no sense. Portal cannot be setup for children without calling. They send you in circles for results. Luckily I took her somewhere else where she tested positive for strep and was treated immediately. 5 days still haven’t gotten results."

"So convenient. I woke up with my eyes being red and swollen. I came to CityMD right when they opened on Saturday. Todd at the front desk helped me check in and he was so sweet and patient. He didn't run away from me even though I looked like I had zombie eyes. I am 24 weeks pregnant and really just wanted to make sure the baby was ok. The entire staff went above and beyond. The process was quick and I had a prescription in less than an hour for some drops. A week later - eyes are back to normal. All good."

"Went here Last night with my boyfriend bc his throat had been bothering him. Walked in, the is absolutely amazing so clean and very bright. receptionist was super sweet and very helpful, not a long wait, waited for like 15 minutes before he got seen. Might be different if they were busier but it was quiet. Will definitely come back if needed and definitely will recommend to friends and family."
