"I have been using Dr Lundberg for years and I love him! What a wonderful doctor and person! Most recently, my 20 year old daughter had an issue and we saw Cal (the nurse practitioner). She was amazing! Such a caring and competent individual and really made my daughter feel at ease and was able to solve her issue - highly recommend both of these wonderful people!!"

"My first visit here went amazing I had one of the female doctors who made me feel very comfortable. I went back a year later for another exam with the same doctor who made me feel dumb for asking questions and also made comments during the procedure that made me uncomfortable. She was very rude the second time around and I never went back because it’s important to feel comfortable when you’re at the doctors!"

"I have been a patient for years, Dr Ham is amazing and very thorough but the front desk staff is awful. I called to schedule my annual and was told she was booked until March so I asked to schedule in March she said “I told you to call back in 3 weeks to schedule” I said I can’t just schedule now? “ No!” Okay, I asked if they take my insurance and she said “ you need to call you insurance company to find out, I asked why she doesn’t know which insurances they accept and she said “there are too many, call your insurance! The poor communication and rudeness is insane. I cannot believe they do not re train these receptionists in good customer service classes. I am in healthcare as well and this is totally unacceptable behavior and probably costing this practice tons of money! The receptionist is the calling card to your practice, Wow! Terrible! Unprofessional service! “"

"I have been coming to this office for years and I love the doctors. They are great. I could not agree more to all the other commenters. This lady who was a little heavy set, wears glasses, probably in her fifties was the rudest and nastiest in that office. She approached my family so demeaningly, telling us that they could not sit in the waiting area. There were no other patients there and my two kids and mom were wearing masks. I hate to stop seeing my doctor but the receptionist people were so nasty and rude. I would not go back there ever again."

"Unfortunately, I cannot offer a review of any doctor in this practice group because the office is managed so poorly I was not able to see a doctor. Between the inability to get through to anyone at this office via telephone, issues with scheduling, and the rudeness I had to deal with from the staff at the front desk - I would not recommend anyone go to this office. It's unfortunate for the Doctor's in this practice group that the first representative of their business is so unpleasant and unprofessional."
