"Easily got an appointment on a Sunday and was taken in right on time! Staff and doctor were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this office."

"Walked in when they unlocked the door for the day and was told I need an appointment to see a doctor. It was 8am with no patient. The receptionist told me the earliest is at 11:30am and told me to come back. I asked since no one is here can I see someone now and she said no. An urgent care that's not meant for urgency. What's the point? Never coming back."

"Such a horrible experience at this location. The black woman behind the counter definitely needs to reconsider her career. Medical field is not for her personally. Completely disrespectful, no compassion, and rude. I made an appointment online and showed up 15 minutes early as the website suggested. She tells me it’s at least a 2 hour wait. When I questioned her as to why bother with taking appointments, she said it is what it is and I either wait or don’t, she wasn’t the one who’s sick, I was and it’s for me to decide. Wow, find another job, maybe in the back of a warehouse where you don’t need to deal with people. Completely useless"

"Was very pleased with my recent experience. Was able o quickly make an appointment on line, and saw a Doctor within (15) minutes of arriving. Waiting room was clean with masks available for all patients."

"Waited a long time, between waiting room and exam room. Had an appointment. waited one half hour in waiting room. Waited for 15 minutes in exam room probably longer. the nurse was very prompt and nice. The practitioner was nice, but wasn't with her long enough to form an opinion. Have to go back to see her or call her."
