But he was the first OBGYN doctor who took the time to congratulate me on my first pregnancy and provided detailed information. He performed C-section and I barely can see my scar. I was treated well and I am forever grateful for taking me as a patient in the first place because I was already over 14 weeks when my usual OBGYN informed me that she is leaving the practice and I didn't know how hard it is to find a doctor after 10-12 weeks of pregnancy. "Dr Ferber is a nice guy, but he was a no show for our delivery and the actual delivery was done by a "colleague" whom we were never introduced to and knew absolutely nothing about. She did not "remember" to keep the cord blood or cord itself, so our cord blood kit went to waste and she did not do a good job with the C- section based on comparing recovery and scars with friends who had similar procedures. We had complications during the delivery which lasted over a day, and he was nowhere to be found. Dr Ferber only showed up a few days after we delivered, even though I confirmed he was in office only a few streets away the entire time. We were incredibly frustrated with him and he felt no need to explain himself. We attended the necessary follow-up, but have switched OBs after our experience with him."

"Dr. Asaf Ferber is the best so is his team of other doctors that works with him in the office. He has an amazing bedside manners. Got my 2 babies with him with a minor complication on my end. He referred me to a specialist and it got taken care of perfectly. My 2nd baby for the 3 months in was also complicated and he made me feel much better with every visit. He is also alway on call to answer my every questions by cell. Hallelujah to these 2 babies and help from Dr. Asaf. Yes there is a long wait to get an appointment, but its worth it."
