She has treated all the women in my family (3 others) and because she is assertive with preventive medicine, assisted with preventing illnesses in myself and these family members of different ages. I trust her implicitedly with making the right decisions for her patients. Just schedule ahead for the office is quite busy."

"Dr. Shats did what she wanted and did not listen to my concerns. She “fixed” a problem that I wasn’t concerned about. Over $5k later and many weeks of recovery, travel time and cost for me to be in the same place I started. I am a mother of 4 that was so excited to finally have the appearance I wanted and invest in myself for a change. I do not have thousands to spend on myself or the time to set aside to recover again. After I expressed this to her she offered no solutions except that she would answer any questions I had “next week”… I repeated to her that I have no questions, just extremely sad because this was my only shot. I’m not sure if this is a technique used to up sell another service to get me back on the surgery table but that’s exactly how I feel. I have text messages between us where she clearly ignores my concerns and photos if anyone would like to reach out. I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. I truly trusted Dr. Shats and her expertise but now I see that she just took advantage and didn’t even care after I expressed to her that I am right back at square one. She changed all the plans minutes before surgery and convinced me it was the right thing to do and assured me that this is was needed to happen. At the post op appointment she didn’t let me speak and spoke over me whenever I tried to point out my issue."
