"I'm naturally a skeptic of doctors in NYC.... terrible experiences in the past! I was looking for a Black woman doctor as I was turning 40, looking to have my first child, and had a uterus full of fibroids. While it took a little time for us to warm up, Dr. Daley's advice and recommendations during this sensitive time was exactly what I needed. Her support and knowledge of when to be concerned and when to just monitor/ be calm was perfect. Also, the office was very responsive to my messages, and that was helpful during a difficult pregnancy and as a first time pregnant mom. My experience was A+, despite initially having an issue due to a system glitch where I couldn't see notes on a test result. This issues was corrected by only using the messaging system in the app. The office was always responsive to my messages, and reliability is key in order for me to build trust with a doctor. "I was recommended by another doctor and i am so glad i was able to be seen by Dr Daley. She is super nice, gentle bed side manner, very bubbly and gentle approach.
