"The gentleman who worked with me was great! His name is Ronald Rosario and he works at the Duane St. location in NYC and he was so helpful! I never sat down with a tax advisor to do my taxes before, I always used a family friend; my parents just gave mine in with theirs. Now that I’m in the city and don’t live near them, I have many things I’m doing for the first time as an adult on my own. I had many questions about tax credits and what to do to take every advantage of 2019 and I definitely feel like he answered my questions and more.
