"I am very disappointed with this location. I have been doing my taxes with H an R for 10 years. The staff is nice but the supervisor has no customer service skills and is very rude and does not listen. My tax return was rejected by the IRS so I ask the lady to mail me a bill 3 weeks ago for the tax preperation fees ($100). She called me again today and said I need to come in and pay. I said I can not come in and pay can you mail me the balance. She then told me that my balance with be sent to a debt collector . She keep talking and would not let me get a word in. I told her you just lost a great customer and that I will never use H and R block again or refer any of my friends here. I then had to hang up on her. Horrible experience. All she had to do was mail me a bill and i would mail a check. Very simple!!! Never agin"
