"DO NOT use H&R Block. Not this location, or any location. THEY DO NOT CALL YOU BACK. THEY DO NOT DO YOUR TAXES CORRECTLY. Almost a whole year later I am still fighting with them over a mistake they made on my tax return. Their workers only complete 72 hours of coursework to fill out forms and they DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. If your taxes are at all complex, find a real accountant. If it’s simple, use free online software or something offered by the city. I am making it a personal crusade against this company until I am reimbursed for their mistake. THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE ANYTHING UNLESS YOU PAY EXTRA FOR IT! Do not trust this business! I will never make this mistake again and I will caution everybody to avoid this place. And the phone number posted in response to the negative reviews just goes to the main automated system. NOBODY IS HERE TO HELP YOU."

"Use TurboTax it’s free. These bozos charged me $200 to do my taxes and I still owe. They printed out this huge packet for no reason but don’t print out the one form I need to submit my payment to NYS. Useless."

"These pass 2 years been horrible filing my taxes with this company . Filing for 2020 my taxes was delayed because they didn't know what they was doing I didn't get my state taxes for 2020 nor got my federal ontill August. I was nice enough to give a second chance for 2021 and my taxes get delayed because my tax preparer miss heard when I said that I did receive all my stimulus money and she put that I didn't now my federal taxes is delayed . The worst experience ever never had issue with my taxes with any other company .I am never going back to this location again ."

"Ima have to give it a 3 star after talking to my wife about my tax preparer she was very nice and respectful only thing was that she was debating on me claiming my 3 biological kids saying no u can’t claim them to let’s give it a try . Which can cost me if my return get rejected and can’t get proof that is needed . Hope everything goes fine and I don’t get done dirty .."

"Everyone in this office was rude, condescending and made me feel very small. Though I had made an appointment, when I walked in a woman walked around asking who wanted to take me as a cliet. I left before I could meet with anybody. I would never recommend this business. Extremely unprofessional."
