First off I called to get a price range and also I informed them of what I was bringing in and what type of taxes I needed to file, I was told it wouldn’t be more than set amount but they ended up charging far more than what I was first told over the phone, second the rep that they assigned me was not helpful at all and unprofessional and was not knowledgeable when it came to the documents I provided to him this is unacceptable and completely unprofessional never again"
