"Unfortunately, the office staff is horrific I have been trying to get an appointment for over 3 1/2 months. I have been given excuse after excuse she’s booked. Her schedule is not ready next month. Calendar is not out yet. A month and a 1/2 ago someone asked me do I want to go on a waiting list? Are you serious? You asked me that now. I have left messages. No one returns my calls. The last phone call was yesterday and the woman said sign up with Myconnect and make an appointment through there…. Are u friggin kidding me? Of course that did not work. Still waiting…. I’m an existing patient……"

"The most unprofessional medical office in the state of New York. I was confirmed for a March appointment 3 months in advance, the receptionist called and cancelled me the same day of my appointment! She claimed they were short staffed, and there was no availability for April, she didn’t have the May schedule in front of her, so I would have to call them back to reschedule! The same office that NEVER answers the phone and NEVER returns messages. I was only able to schedule the appointment through my patient portal and she asked me not to do that because it “messes” them up in the office. I am sure Dr. Charles is great at what she does, but I stand by the fact that you are only as good as those that stand by you, or at your front desk in this case…. Beware! I have lost 4-months of my time and energy in this. Oh well, their loss."

"Dr. Charles is absolutely wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and caring. However, her office staff is terrible. They don't seem to know what is going on. I have been put on hold for over 30 minutes, then hung up on. One receptionist audibly sighed as I tried explain my needs."

"Didn’t even get a chance to meet the doctor. Had MANY confirmations for this appointment, including one same day. I show up early and fill out my forms. I’m waiting for over half an hour while other appts were in and out. Finally the front desk girl says to me “Oh, your appt is with Dr. Charles?? She’s not in this office...she’s in an office 20 minutes away”. She also tells me that the address I had wasn’t this address even though it’s the exact one I used in my GPS to find this location. I had to show her the literal text sent to me through ZocDoc confirming my appt in Cortlandt Manor. She then asked if I wanted to drive to the other location to be seen...I may have went with that option had it been presented to me immediately when I checked in; when she should have noticed the Dr I was supposed to be seeing. However seeing as though I wasted all that time I declined. This was super disheartening as I have been looking for a Black/Latina Female Gyno and the only other people at the office that “could see me” were two males. Unfortunately I won’t even attempt to make another appointment because I left so upset."

"If you plan on seeing one of these doctors, take a trip a day before to map out your travels! The address on Google is wrong! Then don't try calling, because if you have a morning appointment they don't turn on their phones! Oh, and then when you actually find the office, good luck with the woman upon entry! She has to be the rudest person I've dealt with in quite some time. I relocated so was looking for someone in the area, back to NYC these country folks are a mess!"
