"5 stars for Dr. Robert Prestiano. One of the first things Dr. Prestiano picked up after I transferred from former internist, was a prescribed medicine that was detrimental to a condition on my chart. Dr. Prestiano immediately removed it. Dr. Prestiano asks you to get lab work before seeing him so he can review it with you at the scheduled appointment. Highly suggest you stay away from any doctor that insists they see you prior to having lab work. Dr. Prestiano may seem laid back. He is incredibly thorough, focused and interested in patient care. The first question was what were my concerns. He didn't bat an eyelash when I said I had O L D. He proceeded to compare current lab results to the previous to see trends. He then discusses each problematic lab result and recommends either medication or follow up with other specialists. All in all, his practice stands out as a fine example of patient centric care. One negative is not related to Dr. Prestiano or his office staff. Sadly it is with Optum. Wait times on phone calls are long. I've been connected to the wrong office and put into other call waiting holds."

"4 days I went without medication. Doctor was on vacation and the NP refused my medication. I ended up in the ER due to their negligence. Never will I go to this “practice” again. Everybody was rude, very unhelpful and without a care for my well being. Do NOT recommend. Especially going to NP Melody."

"This 5 star rating is for Dr. Prestiano and his staff. They are all very consierant and caring. As for the front desk receptionist, she couldn't care less about "you" as a patient or a person for that matter. And calling to schedule an appointment to see my doctor takes many hours to do! Please find a faster and easier way to schedule a Dr.'s appointment because the present way "Does Not Work" and needs to be updated ASAP... With respect, Michael Vitolo"

"While the CareMount system itself leaves a bit to be desired (their phone lines are just a mess!) the review I'm leaving is for Dr. Hollander and her front office as well as nursing staff. I've had nothing but positive experiences. Dr. Hollander is kind, considerate, and knowledgeable, and I am so happy to finally have a an amazing doctor I can recommend to others!"
