"Problems from the start. My wife and I setup an appointment(2021). We arrived early, talked to the front desk and waited our turn. When our time came, no one approached and let us know that we can see our tax professional (I use that term very loosely). Instead we waited an extra 10 minutes. I Approached the front desk and told them we were waiting. Turns out our tax guy wasn't ready. I ask to see another tax person, which the receptionist said they would work on. We saw another tax person and after OVER 2 HOURS our taxes were finally done. Paid the full amount for the service. All done right? No The Next day the so called tax professional, called me directly asking me to come back in because information was left out. (why wasn't this addressed the day we were there?) OK issue resolved. all done? No. This year we get a huge bill from NEW YORK STATE FINANCE. WHY? Well the tax professional omitted taxable wages from our tax form. Keep in mind, all these documents were handed to her. My advise.... Use TURBO TAX, INTUIT or any other competitor. Unless u want to be AUDITED by the IRS or pay HEFTY FINES & INTEREST when h&r block does a HORRIBLE job at your taxes."
