"Absolute scam. They had a 50% off coupon for new clients so I was interested. I even called before my appointment and spoke to the woman who would be doing my filing to explain I only have one W2- very simply filing and was quoted roughly $200 after the coupon was applied. My total ended up being almost double at $370. And on top of that, they do not take credit cards- only cash or checks which was not indicated anywhere- on the website nor my confirmation email (or, of course, when I spoke to the woman directly). Driving all the way back home to grab a checkbook while she held my return hostage was so fun. Never ever using these services again."

"First off I can give zero stars I would, I first went to this location to file my Taxes with Mark Bordeaux he put the wrong address to where I live at. I then noticed that the information was wrong so when I called him he gives me a lame excuse and said “oh I’m sorry the letters on my drivers license was small” and he couldn’t change my information so I had to go online to get a change of address form, the IRS website and do the paperwork my self I had to come out of pocket and get an express mail. Bottom line is do not go there unless you want your information messed up now my letters from the IRS will be going to another house"

"They are patient , accommodating and always willing to help . If they are not 100% sure about something (considering we are all human ) they make sure to get the answer to you as soon as possible . I have been with Jackson Hewitt for years ,and this is my second year at this site , i haven't had any trouble yet ! :)"

"As tax workers you should be aware of all rules and regulations, well not at this site. They allowed me to claim somebody on my taxes they knew I couldn’t because the more money they get you the more they can take from you. Anyway so I was told by them in order for them to be Rilable I need the first piece of mail from the irs I never received nor do the irs mail out duplicates. Now I owe thousands of dollars they told me to send proof of relations to the person and that did not resolve my issue either, they are horrible non reliable people who don’t know their job. If I could give 0 stars I would."
