"Overbooked and understaffed. They should not be accepting new patients. Twice now the office has not honored my appointment and cancelled last minute, after a 6 month wait. No urgency or open availability after they cancel either."

"I have to say my experience was phenomenal! The staff is friendly and the doctors are amazing. I want to highlight Dr. Zhang . She did such a wonderful job throughout my pregnancy. Being that this was my first child, she always answered all of my questions and guided me through my pregnancy. I will forever be grateful that she delivered my baby boy. As I had mentioned , this was my first child. During labor she made sure I knew that I can do it ! You can tell she was meant to do this and she loves what she does! This place always made me feel comfortable when coming to my visits. Thank you to the wonderful staff and doctors. Dr. Zhang, thank you for EVERYTHING!"

"Terrible experience trying to make an appointment here. I recently moved to the area and needed transfer of care. I waited a month for them to review my intake form and being strung along just to be accepted as a new patient, and I kept calling back every week to try to get something scheduled. Then after a month of waiting and calling, they finally tell me I’m too far along to be accepted and they’re booked months in advance so by the time I could make an appointment it would be too late for transfer of care. Extremely unprofessional staff throughout the process of my file being reviewed who would tell me to wait for a call back and then no one would ever call me. Very unhappy with the way I was treated and that now I’ve waited all this time to start care with them that I’m late to get the care I need. Do better."
