"I was scheduled for an appointment for Bloomfield office today, and when I got there that office was closed. I called the hotline of the service to ask them why it was close today and this person on the phone was super rude to me and told me " I don't know who told you that but the doctor is at Newark office today. Maybe you misheard." I told her I told the previous person on the phone to repeat herself to make sure I wrote it down on my calendar and it was today. The woman give me attitude and told me " Well, I don't know what to tell ya" I immediately hang up on her and now I have to get another ride to go home. I don't think is doctor's fault but the worker on the line is most unprofessional I have to talk to. Like, why you make appointments for me today if you don't double check with the doctor's schedule. For someone who wants to talk person on the line. Please ask them to double check for the doctor's schedule and workplace."

"The staff is helpful but the doctor is rude I walked into the room DIDNT make any type of conversation with me was completely rude I can tell she doesn’t like her staff because I overheard her staff member being afraid to ask her a question because she might “yell” at her. If you want to become a doctor you should be a people person and know how to talk to your patients !! If you hate your job don’t become a doctor ! Plain and simple I wouldn’t recommend coming here. And she had one patient in the room since 9am and didn’t take her in until 11!"

"I had awful experience with this MD 25 years ago he was condescending to me and I had a procedure done freezing of precancerous cells where he didn't give me no pain meds nothing during procedure . it was extremely painful and I never went back here. Again . I learned There are good doctors and bad ones. If you are going to work with woman you should at least like them to do so and be social and have manners."
