I am someone who prefers drs who look like me and while this can be challenging, I would never compromise my care for my preference. "Let me start off by saying I have been seeing Dr. Martin Dias since I was 17 and I am now 22. she has been my OB/GYN from when she first started at the Glenwood location. I no longer live in Montclair. I am move 30 minutes away, and I refuse to let her go as my doctor. I love her!!! She’s so kind and she’s so patient she’s more than a doctor to me. Ladies, if you’re looking for a doctor and a part-time therapist, Dr. Dias is the doctor for you. she’s amazing at what she does. I have no complaints. Her staff is amazing and they will accommodate you to the best of their ability sometimes even go above and beyond to make it happen. Dr. Dias if your read this you’re amazing. I tell you all the time how much you mean to me and I’m happy to know that they’re still good doctors out there that care about their patients well-being. I can tell that this is more than just a job for you it’s not about a paycheck you care about your patience and making them happy and comfortable."

"An absolute wonderful doctor. It was my first time seeing her. I need to get a new gynecologist as my old gynecologist did not accept my insurance anymore. And she was just wonderful fast painless, and absolutely informative and very sweet. Staff is also very pleasant. They help me get here. I was a little bit confused, and they are very very sweet; they are incredibly busy so even with that in mind, they were still very sweet."
