"They get a star only cause I can't give them zero stars. Paid them several thousands dollars upfront. I went through several advisors and they basically promised to negotiate a reduced settlement after I established a payment plan with my State. Made payments for over a year but yet The State still levied my bank account causing it to go overdrawn. Called Tax Advisors and they said they would help me if I paid them more money to represent me. I asked to speak to the Manager and he said he was the Manager, Chris Wallace. He did offer to get me a loan. SO disappointing. As far as my experience, they are a complete fraud."

"Fraudulent company. Red flag number 1. Will not perform any services until all monies are received upfront. After payments are made, they will be very vague with the providing updates on your case. Typical response is, the IRS is behind due to Covid. We are just waiting for them to take care of the issue at hand. Bottom line, they promised to have the balance taken care of and that did not happen. They never reached out to us unless we received a letter from the IRS which we sent to them. The answers we would get with each call would vary depending upon who we spoke with. Please beware, at the end of the day, you will have paid a lot of money to these guys and you will still have an IRS balance that will continue to accrue interest. Devastating."

Typical replies being “it’s a 2-3 month process” 2-3 to three months go by and they will not provide any updates. Then when contacting them at any point afterwards, they are very rude or evasive. In essence, these guys take your money upfront, do not deliver quality results and then are not very forthcoming throughout the entire process of a case. Very unprofessional as well throughout. Be very careful when engaging with this company along with others like them. Con Artists at best"
