"Where to begin. I had a mess in my hand with a 501(c)3 that a first accountant had totally screwed up, THEN I screwed up when I tried fixing the screw up, THEN I didn't file the taxes because frankly the entire thing was so overwhelming. Sara took over, she took time to listen, we discussed options, in a couple of weeks, we had a game plan, she filed the returns, advised me what to do with the non-profit and now it's done. She called often to discuss smaller details to accelerate the process, kept me informed of progress... a delight I would recommend Sara 200% to anyone."

"Absolutely worst service ever! Tax lady, Sara never returned my calls or emails after we began getting letters of owed money from the IRS. If you want to trust someone to do your taxes that has horrible work ethic and will hide from you when they make errors then this is the place for you. I’d give 0 stars if that was an option. She has been an absolute nightmare to deal. Made a ton of careless mistakes while prepping taxes, and is impossible to get a hold of once it comes to fixing them. We had several zoom calls over last year and she never showed up to half of them, or respond to calls/emails for weeks after. It’s shocking how irresponsible someone can be, but I kept giving her chances figuring it would get better.. big mistake! We wasted so much time and money on taxes this year thanks to her, and we’re still getting letters from the IRS trying to fix all the errors. She managed to mess up our personal, business and even my in-laws returns who I feel bad for referring. I don’t mind paying a premium, but you gotta do your job! On top of that, did not discourse all her fees, and was demanding to be paid or else the taxes were not getting filed. Been about 4 weeks trying to get a hold of her, does not respond to calls. Not the first time pulling this either. It’s down right embarrassing that a “professional” would play these games and you have to track them down for a service that you payed for! Honestly not sure how she got any positive reviews given what she did with us, hopefully others experience was better. We’re down $700 and countless wasted hours as a result of her filing errors."

"I worked with Sara and she's really professional, courteous, thorough and excellent at answering all my questions, even questions that went beyond filing taxes. This is my first time hiring someone to file my taxes and as such I sent many inquiries to find the right firm. Sara pretty much responded to me right away and has consistently been an excellent and efficient communicator.
