"When becoming pregnant with my first child I had scary complications in my 7th week, where my previous OBGYN refused to see me until 10 weeks (even though I was showing signs something was wrong). I immediately reached out for a new OB and Valley came up on the list. Extremely pleased, I NEVER wait for an appointment. They took me the next day to make sure everything was fine with me and baby (which it was). If I have any issues or concerns Amanda is super reachable and helpful. The staff is sweet and friendly. I am so happy I switched OB for my pregnancy, it is my first one and no place should make you feel insignificant or silly for being concerned about a possible issue with your body. You know it best."

"I was here several times for yearly exams and a sick visit. I saw their NP and one of their physicians. Some of the staff is nice but I've also dealt with some really rude staff. The patient portal they use is annoying. It's not very user friendly, and i was harassed with phone calls from it the first time i used it. I was given an incorrect diagnosis from their doctor, and the NP minimized my concerns of breast cancer that runs in my family, which rubbed me the wrong way. Today I showed up 15 minutes late to an appointment because I got lost, and I was turned away with an offer to reschedule over a week from now. I'm done dealing with them; they don't make you feel cared for at all."
