"Update: It has now been over 2 weeks of me calling, the receptionist even said she would mark my note as URGENT to get it done, but still nothing. This feels like some kind of weird prank because I sincerely dont understand the issue. Dr Kim just lost a long time patient. I’ve been coming to Dr Kim for years now and never have had an issue so I don’t know what’s going on now. A little Over a week ago, I called to ask for my birth control to be refilled. Since then I have called about 5 times to remind them to approve the pharmacies request and they say the note will be passed onto Dr Kim but still NOTHING! At this point I have been off my birth control for over a week and it’s really messing with my body. I’m hoping by leaving a public review they will actually approve my request! Once it’s done, I’ll gladly take my review off as I’ve had no other issues otherwise. But this is unacceptable right now. Skipping birth control really messes with your body"

Dr. Kim is professional. experienced and knowledgeable but also personable. Her staff is very nice and helpful ."
