"Doctor Green is fabulous, the complain is the office clerk that is so unprofessional and rude on the phone, this occurred today 02/01/24 at 11:10 am, her name is Teresa, she had an attitude when we were in a conference call with the office clerk of Dr. Moulayes. Because for some reason the office of Dr. Green lost a document that the office of Dr. Moulayes sent by Fax on Jan/26 , which was a Friday. When I called Teresa yesterday to follow up about the note, she was rude and said that the note was not in the system and there was no fax. When on Monday 01/29 Teresa's colleague said that she had it and it was on my profile, so I really don't know where is the disconnect. Anyway, I contact Dr Moulayes office and they confirmed again that the fax was sent and that they see it in my profile and that Teresa should see it as well, because both of them are St. Joseph practice. Anyway in the conference call Teresa was very rude with me and the office clerk of Dr, Moulayes, then Teresa put us on hold and when Teresa pick up the phone and at the moment that heard my voice she hung up on me. This unacceptable and I have no way to complain because she doesn't want to transfer to her supervisor, which I know there is one. Teresa needs to understand that she is handling lives, and if it was an important medicine, I will be stuck since Jan 29th until not sure when, as I can't call the office again. Very disappointed with the customer service of Teresa. I hope Dr. Green can read the reviews"

"I've been Dr. Jennifer Greene's patient since 1999. She's great! Her staff have been attentive. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and answers any questions you may have! I'd recommend her to any woman who seeks an awesome doctor."

"Dr. Greene and her staff are awesome!! I have been a patient of this office for many years, and I never had a bad experience. I never thought to write a review until I recently delivered my daughter with them. Her nurses answer questions and never make you feel like you are asking silly ones. They talk to you in a respectful way and care about you as a person. Dr. Greene is amazingly calming; between her sweet voice and delivery of even bad news… great bedside manner. She is great in surgery too, as I had to have a c-section. I still can’t get over how perfectly done my incision was (and now scar). She truly cares… even after your delivery. I have friends who had to wait 6 weeks to see their doctor postpartum, but Dr. Greene continues to follow her patients even after they deliver."

"I can't say enough great things about Dr. Greene and her staff, especially Kayla! I am expecting my first child and they could not be more kind and accommodating through all my hundreds of questions and phone calls. Even with various issues with my insurance (something thats a fault of my own and my insurance company) they handle it so patiently and explain it all to me. I almost didn't come here due to the reviews of the staff being rude but I am SO happy we did. I feel so comfortable and that me and my baby are safe with them ."

"I have been going to Dr. Greene since I was a teen, 13 years now. She was my first OBGYN doctor. I have tried others throughout the years and always make it back to her office. Lenore and Dr. Greene made me feel very comfortable during my teen years especially when I had to go through surgery. They kept me at ease during one of the most nerve wrecking moments I had to deal with at such an early stage in my life. I'm sure not everyone will agree and everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I have never had a problem with any of her staff. I feel that those that do have complaints about them should think about what type of attitude you gave them in the first place to receive poor customer service. Dr. Greene and staff please keep up the great work !"
