"This office was great 2 years ago… idk what happened. I call and no one answers the phone, ever. I even called the Paterson office and no one answers. I have an ultra sound appointment but I can’t remember when it is and I have not had any notifications or texts sent to me as a reminder and I think it’s tomorrow. I’m even lucky I have an appointment because same thing I couldn’t get through and even the person making transfers was confused and they are the one who had to make the appointment. The doctor says one thing than the office says another. If u need to do anything u will always need an appointment first. Even if it’s an emergency about medication they made me make an appointment and made me have to wait to ask about my concerns with what I was taking. I never been to an OBGYN that was like this. What if something bad happened? I have talked to my other doctors easily on the phone when having questions or concerns. I suggest going someplace else. It’s not good liked it was when I first started."

"My first time coming to Women's Health & I had a routine exam with Dr. Sticco on 7/18. She was very pleasant however, that evening I was spotting, not something I've ever experienced before. I figured if there was something wrong that it would be discussed with my results. They tell me it will take up to 2 weeks. A little longer than what I'm used to but I wait. 8/2 I still haven't gotten my results so I call to inquire. Front desk tells me "if no one's called it means everything is fine". I explain that that can't be the case since I got test results from my family doctor & something should have definitely come up at least on my urine test. She tells me that the doctor is away & asks if I would like a telehealth call with the PA instead. I agree & schedule for 8/4. Front desk calls at the scheduled day/time & tells me that I owe a copay. I was shocked. I have to pay to get my results? I declined & asked them to send the results to my family doctor instead. Although my longtime gynecologist is now 45 min away, I will continue to drive to her instead."

"I had my first ever gynecologist appointment, I did thorough research to find a doctor that I could trust and took my insurance. After hours of investigating I believed Dr. Stucco was the doctor for the job. Her staff was kind and the Doctor herself was incredible. She listened to my concerns, walked through my Pap smear step by step and reassured my every part of the way. I could tell she really cares for each and every one of her patients and I breathed a sigh of relief knowing i could trust in her. The office itself is clean and well decorated. I’m really thankful towards Dr. Sticco."

"They don’t pick up their phones on Thursdays, they book way too many patients than they can handle. Dr. Assistant very rude. Even though I told them yesterday I was depressed and I need my medication, they don’t give me clear answer about the medication."

"I definitely do not recommend this clinic. I made a private appointment at this clinic because I had pain in my lower abdomen and paid $150. In the appointment with the Dr we collected a sample for exams, I asked the Dr to do the pap smear but she said that in the next appointment we would do it, I scheduled it for the following week, arriving at the clinic I was charged an amount of 50 dollars to be able to see the results of the exams, but suddenly I get a call from the Dr wanting to give me the test results over the phone, I was confused because I thought I would go to the office and talk in person but she informed me that she was not at the clinic and that it would be over the phone, I was very nervous because I let her she went to work I took an Uber to go to the clinic to pay 50 dollars for the Dr to call me?????!!!!, if it was for that I would stay at work waiting for the Dr to call, right!!!!! but they didn't make me waste time and money to come to the clinic, I didn't think it was fair so I asked to speak with the manager of the place who scheduled an appointment with the Dr next week, I arrived Going to the scheduled appointment, I waited an hour and 10 minutes for him to the Dr saw me r, arriving at the consultation we talked about the results of my exams and I asked if we could do the Papanicolaou she informed me that I needed to schedule another consultation, so I will need to pay another 150 for the consultation and come another day, honestly the problem it's not the money but the time that they made me waste, and the reception never informed me about the operation of the clinic, making you come to the clinic several times in my opinion is unfair. So if you are looking for good service this is not the place."
