"Do yourself a favor and never go here. I was there for a simple cold and had to wait an hour +. They demanded copayment upfront which is odd too considering they havent provided anything. I left before I could even get treatment I was frustrated waiting over an hour in a small room with other sick patients"
"They changed locations under a new name. Closer to the CVS in the newer built commercial building. I've never had an issue here. I find its best to go earlier than later. they do appointments for physicals and blood work. all else not so sure. I have seen both Dr. Lima and Dr. Coleman. They both answer questions as best they can with the information that is presented."
"Visiting here for the second time. First time goes smoothly. second time my sister is breathalyzer, and she questions it “oh i wasn’t breathalyzer the last time”. one of the nurses (long black hair, middle aged) comes back with a snarl “oh well you must of been too high the last time to remember”. mind you, at this point, she has not taken a good look at our paperwork. she then looks at the paperwork and proceeds to say “oh yeah, this school doesn’t test for alcohol, i guess you weren’t too high”. Very unprofessional and made us not even want to complete our visit. This nurse (didn’t get her name) needs to learn some common decency and learn how to speak professionaly in the medical field. This was before seeing Dr. Lima."
"Okay I suppose. You walk-in, they don’t take appointments. The waiting room is basic, the television was playing daytime soap operas. The person at the desk explained the process. Then I waited."
"Awful facility. Brought my mother in for chest pain and upper back pain. She is over 65 years old and had a history of cardiac problems. She did not want to go to Er so I brought her here hoping for a quick ekg to rule out heart attack. Upon entering, receptionist was kind and friendly. I told her the symptoms my mother was having and she asked for insurance card and then told her to fill out two forms. Having previous Er experience as a nurse I expected them to take my mother back pretty quickly to have an ekg done which does not require a doctor. Any nurse or tech can complete the basic test. After waiting 15 minutes nothing was done. There was no sense of urgency by any staff member. I personally witnessed at least 3 staff members standing behind the counter chatting with each other. After expressing my concerns to the receptionist about the urgency of the matter she proceeded to tell me that it was more important to get the paperwork info I had written down into their computer system. I then realized this was a poor decision to go there. I told her that patient info being placed into the computer is not the priority when you have someone experiencing chest pain. Clearly the staff is inexperienced and does not know how to handle emergency situations. I will never go there again and I highly suggest retraining of all staff members that were present during this time. Keep in mind that this was not a busy urgent care at this time. There was one person in the waiting room. Even if there were patients being seen in the back there is almost no reason to keep a possible heart attack patient waiting for an ekg which can be done by almost any trained staff member. Overall this was a terrible experience."
