"I am not one to write reviews but my interactions with Dr O were a little confusing. My first visit went great, staff was amazing and Dr O made me feel super comfortable. Second prenatal visit, her assistant was very dismissive and seemed as if me being there was a huge inconvenience. During my visit with Dr O, she kept pushing tests that I had already taken two weeks prior and never once gave me my results. Told me I had thyroid disease (only after visiting a endocrinologist in the same building two days after, it was confirmed my levels were perfect), told me there was no fetal heartbeat and just left the room. After waiting 30 minutes in a waiting room, I finally saw the sono tech for a previously scheuled appt. It was confirmed by the tech that the baby was perfectly fine. Was told I would have a follow up with Dr O to go over the sono results immediately after and waited over 45 minutes only for her assistant to come out that results were in and I could go get my bloodwork, never did Dr O come out to go over the results or even apologizing for the no heart beat scare. It seemed to me that my current situation with my pregnancy was too much for her to handle and instead of being honest, just made the visit as uncomfortable and as unpleasant as possible. I've decided to book with another OBGYN as I progress through my pregnancy."
