"Called 9/18 for an appointment. Individual answering the phone acted like I was intruding on their day! Did not identify themselves until at the end of the call when I asked their name…It was Sue. Very Rude Individual… the long disgusted sigh when they picked up the phone should have been my first clue! Not user friendly at all… asked what time of the day I needed an appointment and I had to tell them 3 times it depended on the day. They were very annoyed at my response that it depended on what day! The appointment was for today 9/19 between 10 and 12… You guessed it THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!!! NO CALL-NO SHOW!!! My husband took off from work and waited for them!!! Tried to use a local business… No Thanks!!!!"
