"The gym is awesome, clean. The classes are perfect. Not too crowded. Patrick was awesome explaining everything and helping with the registration. The only complaint I have is that one of the life guards in the pool wanted to kick out people 10 mint. earlier than the closing time. He was yelling at me and was very rude."

"I have been a member of multiple gyms on Staten Island and I really liked this one at first but it did not take long for me to realize how horrible it is. It's actually beyond horrible for one of the priciest fitness gigs on Staten Island it is the WORST. Everything is broken or missing key parts making the machines inoperable. I carry my own treadmill magnet and pin because without them there will be ZERO workout and I may as well stay home! It's filthy. The bathrooms smell like urine ALL THE TIME! No paper towels, equipment empty bottles laying all over the place. Just gross and unfortunate for me convenient so I stay here but you know Retro is next on my list! This is a pitiful and discraceful business."

"They need to get their act together on Amboy/Richmond ave. In Staten Island Machines are always broken sometimes over a month. Even the water fountain is broken. Many machines are filthy. Ripped up upholstery. Weights all over the place it's like an obstacle course in there sometimes."
