"This place had Nick Peronace working out of it and I sent him my young warmblood. This was around 2002. Nick did an absolutely outstanding job of training my horse, and I saw immediate progress after just one week. Nick is a such a super rider and trainer! I wanted to stay longer than the month I paid for, and wanted Nick to train my horse. But the indoor had groundhog problems and that left major holes through out! Nick was only the trainer NOT THE CARE GIVER. Every single time I showed up to visit my horse, I never saw enough hay and almost always empty water buckets. Nick felt responsible and would re-clean the stall for me when he saw I was upset. I felt so sorry that he got himself tied with such a low class facility."
