"The decor and atmosphere to my surprise is awesome here, but it went downhill from the time we sat down. The waiter was less than mediocre and wasn’t very helpful when we ordered. She also took long to come back and check on us throughout our stay. I would have also appreciated being informed while ordering, that the portions were big enough to be shared by 2 people. I got the garlic shrimp with Chinese broccoli. For $35 shrimp, it was overall underwhelming. The food was flavorful but I unfortunately ended up pulling a hair out of my mouth as I chewed. I informed the staff and they apologized but reacted nonchalantly. I doubt I’ll be returning."

"Dined here last night for Thanksgiving, accompanied by my sister and daughter. We ordered from the "West" menu. Everything we ordered delivered on flavor and the portions were very satisfying. The staff and chef were cheerful and very attentive. We ordered the calamari (delicious), lobster and scallion pancakes (a bit chewy and lobster was lost), octopus tendrils (kudos to the chef on this dish, should have ordered two) and a salad for apps. Then bulgogi skirt steak (2) and salmon for our entrees. Both entrées were tasty. Sides were baby bok choy (awesome, flavor packed), loaded potatoes (underwhelming in presentation and taste), grilled asparagus and the pancetta brussels sprouts (delicious, perfectly crispy and tender). We also ordered a Malibu pineapple cocktail and a mojito, both were good. For dessert we only ordered the molten chocolate chip cookie and the gingerbread berry cheesecake because at this point we were all stuffed. Both were ok, wouldn't necessarily order again. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we will definitely return and try the other items on the menu."

"Very good experience, with a nice staff, and very good drinks, I'm a drink critic, and I love my Long Beach iced tea, My girlfriend liked her two RW cocktails as well. We had the Crispy Chicken, it was good, but they only give you a tiny bowl of white rice to go with it, vegetables, or fried rice would have been nice. I ordered fried rice to go with the chicken it tasted good once I added the duck sauce, soy sauce, and hot sauce to it. Our appetizer was fried calamari tasted great with the sauce. The bill was $180.72, add a $30 tip for a total of $210.72. It is what it is for a steak house. I'd go back."

"One of the worst dining experiences ever. Had reservations and noted it was a special occasion, was seated out front instead of inside restaurant. It took 20 minutes to get acknowledged and everything failed from there. Waiter didn’t even introduce himself or offer specials, gave him our drink order which took 20 min to arrive. I asked for manager who also took 15 min to arrive as he was apparently busy dealing with other complaints. They’ll never succeed in fine dining. Furthermore, nothing was comped as a gesture to make up for their lack of service. Food was mediocre with a food court ambiance. Really? Do better! I’ll never go back there again. I was embarrassed and my date was in awe. Do yourself a favor and stay away."

"Not one to leave many average reviews, but when you go to a steak house, you expect exceptional service and food. Unfortunately, from the time we sat down to someone took our order, we waited almost 20 minutes. Little excessive. The skirt steak came sliced and with a glaze sauce on it, which i was not expecting since it was not mentioned on menu. It says marinated, which is different than glazed. The cream spinich was also on the runny side. I would possibly give them another shot."
