"First, I would like to say if I can give a 10 star review I would. Let’s start off by saying method JiuJitsu is a wonderful gym. When i first called Method I spoke to Chris (owner) that I wanted to get my step daughter into jiujitsu but I knew she wasn’t the type to do a contact sport and she was a little shy and not confident. Chris told me to stop by and let her try a 4 day free class, so I did and after the second class she wanted to join right away. She has been attending class 4 to 5 days a week. In the last 8 months of her joining I noticed her confidence has greatly increased, her self discipline, and maturity have shown much improvement. Since joining Method she has competed in jiujitsu tournaments as well. Chris is very structured in his classes, I highly recommend this school."

"Professor Chris Might is flat out the best Jiu Jitsu teacher in New Jersey. He is an expert, constantly innovating techniques and using moves that I've never seen in my 11 years of grappling. He is always patient with my questions and thorough in his response. But it goes beyond martial arts skill; Chris is an incredible mentor. You can feel he wants all his students to succeed on and off the mats, and it reflects in their training, competition, and life. The students at Method, both the adults and the children, are all so welcoming, and they progress faster than any other gym I've seen. The community at Method is second-to-none. It's an ego-less room of great people who are all immensely skilled. I drive over an hour south to visit because I know good it is. If you're lucky enough to live in the area, know that this is the place to be. On Thursday nights, Method runs a famous escape class. During live rolls, I know the difference first-hand whether or not someone has been to this class. ;) On Friday nights, Method holds a free open mat where all they ask from visitors is that you show up and train hard. The training room is immaculate, always clean, with beautiful custom art on the wall that really add to the vibe. I truly can't say enough good things about this place.
