"I’d give this place zero stars if I could. I called to reserve a court for me and like 15 other people for 2-3 hours. I call and they said “my manager said to not take any reservations” but they had a court reserved for another group. Everytime we go here theyre unprofessional and love losing out on money. ( I called at 3:30pm) this place sucks its dirty and all the tiles are uneven. They hire unprofessional people too. The parking is bad also. Go somewhere else save yourself from this place"
"First time visiting this place today and will never visit again. Poor customer care. Rude employee and disorganized place. This place should not be in the community. Stay away from there. Reservation was confirmed by one employee, gave it in writing and paid half the amount in advance. Once the whole team reached this place, the rude employee at the front desk refused to provide services. Whole team of about 14 people wasted about 1.5 hours trying to reason and had to leave to go to play in another place."
