"I love this gym. Good environment with gorgeous design and new equipment, and best of all, great trainers. I am a 54 year old woman who has experienced significant reduction in muscle mass after menopause. I started training with Nick 4 months ago to rebuild my muscles and I have already got amazing results. Nick is knowledgeable, professional and encouraging. He notices the smallest mistakes I made and corrects them patiently. He always pushes me to go a little further without making it stressful. There has been an obvious change to my body in the past 4 months, especially in my arms and legs, they have more muscles now than when I was in my twenties. Highly recommend!"
