"The quality of instruction and overall vibe is second to none. I took many years off of training and when I decided to come back I tried a few other places that were closer to me. But I just found that I missed the training at Momentum and decided it was well worth the extra effort to train there. I've been back for the last few months and couldn't be happier. Coach Julio is the gold standard for Jiu-Jitsu instruction. He displays his passion for teaching in every class while also being patient with the students he is teaching. If he explains a technique step by step and you just don't get it, he will find another way to teach it to you so you don't get lost in the mix. I've also taken classes with coach Rich and Mike and they've resembled his teaching style and offer the same care and patience for each student.
