"I signed up my child for 1/2 hour lessons. To my dismay, I found out they were including grooming and tacking up in the lesson, leaving her with very little horseback time. In theory, that sounds like it makes sense, until you realize my child is too young to groom or tack horses. I spoke with the front desk to make sure that she could have the full 1/2 hour on horseback, and I was told that would be fine. The next time she had a lesson, the teacher cut her horseback time short yet again, even though she didn't arrive at the stall until five minutes past lesson time and my child didn't get on the horse until 10 minutes past lesson time. Instead of giving me the courtesy of extending the lesson for the full time promised, she started arguing with me about how I was wrong about the time (though I literally have my phone in front of me). She said the front desk person has no right to say anything about how she runs her lessons. Meanwhile, she cuts my child's lesson short to try to make her next appointment. I've also watched a few other lessons that were handled quite poorly with teachers on their phones or too busy talking to other teachers to pay attention to their students. There are dozens of stables in New Jersey, so take your money elsewhere."

"rode here for 3+ years. turnouts are cages and so tiny with dirt ground and no water and there is no turnout shelter. lesson horses are overworked and over used. the prices are obscene, the only thing i have liked about this facility is the large indoor some of the people and old past trainers."

"I never write reviews but felt strongly about this one! I took my daughter here for her 1st riding lesson. I was told it was ok to arrive early and borrow a helmet and boots given it was her first ride. The woman at the front desk was unwelcoming and slightly annoyed that I had been given this advice. There was no instruction on what to do next and was so waiting for 15 minutes for a helmet with no guidance while she moved on to another customer and by chance I eventually found out the instructor was waiting for my daughter! Carly the instructor barely mustered a hello to all involved. A nice gentleman did let me know there was a spot to observe her riding but not the woman behind the front desk. I get there to realize my daughter had barely 15 mins on the horse for $65.00. If you want service without a smile, this may be place for you! We do look forward to continuing my daughters lessons but I would not recommend this place for young kids looking to capture their equestrian ambitions. Such a disappointment."
