Bryan is an awesome trainer that is always willing to help with any fitness goals you may have whether they are boxing related or not and will pull your potential out of you and show you what you're really capable of. The other trainers are great as well. The classes are intense work outs that leave you feeling accomplished. Plus the music always slaps. Definitely recommend."
"Very easily the best gym I have ever been too and the best workout experience I’ve ever had. Because of CKO Newton I’m in the best shape I’ve been in in many years and because of Bryan and all the great trainers feel like my further goals are actually attainable. Not only that but the atmosphere is friendly and encouraging. This is not only a physical workout for me but it’s also mentally and emotionally therapeutic. My 11 year old attends youth classes and loves it. I really can’t think of anything bad to say."
