In addition to its Fairview Lake location, the institution has added Lake in the Woods YMCA Camps at Blair Academy in Blairstown, New Jersey, which offers day camp and unique sleep-away programs. Campers can explore various interests through specialized programs such as arts and crafts, music, theater, archery, boating, and ceramics.

"We have spent a special weekend here with a cub scout group each fall for the last few years. We stay at the Delaware group site and it is perfect for our group. The site has bathroom facilities and a few cabins (all very rustic). Our group never used the cabins as tents are a bit more comfortable LOL. The site is mostly unlevel so finding a flat spot for a tent is somewhat of a challenge. Nevertheless, the activities for the kids are a highlight of the fall: archery, ax throwing, riflery, hiking, fishing, boating, cider and candle making, giant swing, basketball and tennis courts. Everyone always has a blast. Friendly staff. Absolutely stunning scenery by the lake which is full of healthy largemouth bass and perch. We look forward to going back every year!"

"I go here with friends and co-workers for the Women's Wellness Weekends they sponsor 2/3 times a year, in the "off-season". They offer many other family Weekend experiences. Of course they also have a fabulous summer camp for kids."

"Fairview Lake is a little slice of paradise, and our family loves this camp. We've attended family camp twice in the fall and winter, and our kids attended a week at Blue Mountain Day Camp in the summer. With swimming, arts and crafts, boating, candlemaking, indoor rock climbing, and hiking up to the Appalachian Trail, what more could you ask for? The staff is great, and the counselors help build the kids' confidence. Highly recommend this place."

"This was my son's 1st summer camp experience & he loved it! He's 12yrs old & went to Blue Mountain Day Camp for a 2 week session this year & had a lot of fun. He played volleyball, basketball and tennis, and met a bunch of new friends during his time there. The camp was run very smoothly, with many planned activities & time outside, which is what we wanted for him. All of the staff we encountered were friendly, fun & had great attitudes. I loved getting daily emails from Carolyn, the Director, while he was in camp, so that we knew how the day went & what activities they were involved in, with pictures, too! I'm so glad we finally decided to bring him to BMDC, because I think it will be an experience that he'll never forget! Thank you!"
