"The Store and Staff is INCREDIBLE at Holly Ravine! The store is super clean, Sean is aways saying HI to everyone as they walk in the door. Other employees greet you and treat you with respect. Diverse product location but employees are beyond knowledgable at locating any item in stock! My only interaction at the Pharamxy was for NON Prescription Allergy Meds. They were prompt and courteous"

"We are seeking justice for a Native American family that was denied life-saving medication due to racism at this CVS. The nurse that denied the medication expressly stated that it was due to race and that it was CVS policy to make this denial. She then proceeded to tell the family that they must travel, while sick, 900+ miles to “reservation” to get the medication before threatening them with police action if they didn’t leave the store immediately. If you have the power to help this family seek justice, please reply to this review."

"What everyone says about not answering the phone is completely 100 percent true. And, you consistently get notices telling you your prescription will be available and held up to a certain date, but it's not. They put it back whenever they feel like it. Also on top of that, I used to get text message notifications but the short code was hacked and I clicked on the link. I called their technical assistance. They could have cared less. Someone hacking or spoofing their short code for text messages IS A BIG FREAKING DEAL BUT THEY DON'T THINK SO. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Transferring. These people are unhappy and outright miserable. Maybe they are understaffed and underpaid. But, that is not my problem. I'm the -- you know, customer -- if customers don't utilize their pharmacy, they don't have jobs. Sick of CVS Springdale. I don't know if other CVS pharmacies are any better, but I'm really just not willing to find out either. CVS must stand for C-ustomer service V-ery S-ucky."
