"The best part about @212steakhouseofficial is not simply the delicious food but the variety that they offer - this is one of the few that have halal options! The filet mignon is USDA prime and the wagyu ribeye is halal Canadian prime. Both were yummy but the taste and texture were very different to each person’s liking. The truffle fries is a must get. It may be a side but it might be the best truffle fries I’ve had in a very long time! Do not miss it!"
"Hostess was ok just going thru the motion, server was great very outgoing and lots of energy. Food was just ok, for being a steak place the steaks were very plain not a lot of flavor and kind of tough. Have to try new places but I would not go back here for a while."
"Had an amazing experience there. Loved the food and everything else. Alex who served us was extraordinarily nice and suggested us with the best items from the menu. Loved the ambience and his hospitality. We went there for our anniversary date. If you want to avoid crowd go there in between lunch and dinner time. The restaurant was less crowded and Alex offered us a good spot. We ordered the wagyu rib eye steak and dynamite lobster with amc and cheese and truffle mashed potato as sides. Every item was spot on. Such delicacies. Have to give special mention to the lobster main, it's scrumptious. The steak was good and the sides were tasty. The strawberry and tamarind mojito both were Fantastic. Don't miss out on their creme brulee and halal tiramisu, both were delightful. I don't think I had better creme brulee in my life than this. Highly recommend this place. Definitely going there again soon"
"Craving for Wagyu? Forget Wagyu and come to 212 Steakhouse in midtown Manhattan for the best beef in the world. Kobe beef gives you that unique marbling along with amazing flavor that melts in your mouth. A restaurant must be a member of the Kobe Beef Marketing and Distribution Promotion Association from Japan to serve and sell Kobe beef. They are the first and only member in New York to do so. As a matter of fact, the entire east coast. Dimmed warm lights along with warmly lit chandelier sets that upscale and intimate vibe. Staffs are friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional especially knowing what medium plus steak means. Besides Kobe beef, they also have a selection of Australian Wagyu, Halal prime, Glatt kosher prime, and USDA prime steaks to choose from. We ordered a Dr Constantin Pinot Noir to go with our meal tonight. For starters, a seafood tower is a must. Freshest, cleanest, sweetest, and tastiest lobster ever with super clean and briny blue points fresh so clean over juicy sweet jumbo shrimp cocktail and grilled octopus. Second course consists of Kobe beef with ribeye, tenderloin, and strip loin cuts, 3 ounces each, all served in front of you on a warm plate. Third course is a big thirty-two ounces of delicious dry-aged Australian Wagyu bone-in ribeye. Sweet potato fries are ever so sweet and creamy. Lobster mac & cheese is to die for. Truffled mash is simply amazing. The sides are huge in portions so make sure you stay hungry. What’s better than finishing the night off with a shot of tequila, ice cream, and Lavazza Espresso Tiramisu? If you haven’t tried authentic Kobe beef, you need to come pamper your taste buds for the best beef in the world. 2020 Dr Konstantin Frank Old Vines Pinot Noir 75 Seafood Platter For Two 68 Kobe Tasting 250 Dry-Aged Bone-In Ribeye For Two 115 Bourbon Peppercorn Sauce 4 Sweet Potato Fries 13 Truffled Mash 14 Lobster Mac & Cheese 24 Lavazza Espresso Tiramisu 14 Ice Cream 10"
"Upon visiting the 212 Stakeholders House, we opted for the “212 selection” – a lavish choice of 2 oz of Kobe Australian Wagyu skirt steak and boneless rib eye. The Kobe was, without a doubt, a standout; its rich flavors and buttery texture melted instantly in the mouth, offering a culinary experience like no other. The grilled shrimp, though in the shadows of the Kobe, held its ground with a delightful taste. Furthermore, our experience was elevated by the exceptional service. The server was attentive, knowledgeable, and added a personal touch to our dining journey. A resounding 5/5 for this establishment! Highly recommended."
