"What a great experience. I called before I visited the store and the gentleman said bring in your iPad and I will take a look. When I arrived , he took a look and figured out what it was in an instant. It was a piece of dirt stuck in a the port. There was no charge. Can you imagine! I have had my screen changed previously and I find ERS reasonable and helpful. What more can you ask for. They are the way things used to be. I certainly recommend them."

I brought my laptop in, and they fixed it in 4 hours and gave me a detailed diagnostic/ some great advice for my computer and phone. AND I bought a high quality phone charger from them that will last me way longer than any other charger i've bought. I cannot recommend them more! Super professional and kind."
