They did a great job. It was very expensive to fix. However, I expected that, but it was worth every penny."

I called to see if they repaired cassette players and the owner, who picked up the phone, was very informative and helpful. He let me know everything about the process, how long it would most likely take, the price estimation, etc. I brought it in the following day and I was greeted by the owner & an employee who were very knowledgeable on this type of stuff. I just got it back today after a month or so, and it's running great again, no issues at all, feels brand new. Overall, a great shop and great employees. I had a great experience and they are very trustworthy people."
