"Great tasty food in a pleasant atmosphere. We had a delicious three course meal with an alcoholic beverage in Manhattan without spending a fortune. Bobby Van's is a well run restaurant with professional staff. I highly recommend this restaurant. I will definitely be back soon."

"Visited Bobby Van’s and had an amazing evening with my wife and teenage kids! We ordered Applewood smoked bacon for an appetizer, it has wrecked all other bacon - highly recommend. For main meals we ordered steak filet, salmon & chicken with roasted vegetables, broccoli and fries, all cooked wonderfully. For dessert a crème brûlée, key lime pie and chocolate cake - delicious. Costs were about $350 for four, plus tax and tip put it at ~$450. Service was fantastic, all round a wonderful dinner experience and would recommend."

"Staff: Very friendly and took care of us during our dinner. Atmosphere: Comfortable seating, soft music playing in the background. Excellent fancy dinner atmosphere. FOOD: 1. Bang Bang Shrimp - fried shrimp doused in some sort of sauce, had some heat to it. Would recommend if you’re dining here as an appetizer. 2. Point Judith Calama - fried calamari, best item we had this night. Would recommend if you’re dining here as an appetizer. 3. Rib Eye Steak - definitely not as tender and flavorful as I’d have hoped. I asked for medium rare steak and received a medium well done steak. 4. Tiramisu, Crème Brûlée, NY Cheesecake — honestly all 3 were not so great, crème brûlée is probably the worst I’ve had in a long time. I probably wouldn’t come back here due to the quality of the food I received for the prices they charged."
