"***Updated 10/10/23*** Wait times are disgustingly long, if you need a medication urgently you will not be able to get it. This is a crisis of a pharmacy. It has been bad for years although now the wait has become dangerous. An hour wait online to pickup a prescription is disgraceful. Also you have people who are sick waiting in line with you for an hour, coughing and sneezing in a tight congested area with no phone service. Shut this pharmacy down once and for all! Even with a full staff there is an hour wait absolutely insane for any establishment. **Updated** This locations appearance has been updated and looks much better. However waiting line still needs to improve. *Original post* This CVS has a very outdated lay out and atmosphere. Pharmacy is usually quick although the front counter could pile up quickly. Other wise needs improvements in general appearance."

"Do yourself a favor and don’t come to this cvs for prescriptions. Any time they tell me my medicine is ready I come to pick it up and it isn’t ready. Then I’m moved from line to line to go to different people. Been here 30 minutes already waiting for a medication I was told was ready 2 days ago by someone in the pharmacy department. Then they say my medication is ready but no one calls me to come up so I have to wait on line again. Horrific. Go to a cvs they are more competent at."

"Terrible. Long wait, always problems in there with people, and they lie and tell ppl the prescriptions are ready when they are not. Takes 20-30 min to get your meds. Find new management please"

"Worst customer service Pharmacy is super slow. They told us that prescription is ready and still took our 15-20 minutes at the counter and always confused with insurances, they should be educated and trained well. I see people have such bad experience here and it shows 2.4 ranking but why don’t they improve this location with CS. Disapppointed"
