"By far the worst customer service ever. The African American lady has the nastiest and rudest attitude. Very incompetent and miserable . If she doesn't like her job or want to help people then she needs to find another job . Who do I report this to ?"
"Very rude customer service, seems to be rude to customers of color(black people). The cashier rudely turned down my service request to exchange a few dollar coins. She didn’t even let me finish speaking before denying my service request saying they don’t accept dollar coins which is a lie because I’ve done it in Harlem at PAYOMATIC plenty of times when I had the same type of situation. The MTA machine gave me10-15 dollar coins after buying a metro card. I wanted to exchange since it was weighing down my purse. Notice the great reviews are all from Hispanic people & the bad reviews from black people because that’s the service they give. It’s sad. Never returning here again & quite frankly with cashiers with attitudes who treat people bad is a recipe for a closed business in a few years. Good luck!"
"I needed a few money orders for an apartment lease. The woman at the window was clearly a master of her craft and initially directed me to the post office in order to save me almost $100 in fees. She ultimately helped me 3 separate occasions over the course of one morning and I saw her interact with countless other customers during that time. She helped everyone with kindness and swiftness, and she was key in navigating a process that was super frustrating."
"Every time I come here it’s the same black haired lady at the window who seems to not like black people. She took my info and tried to talk me to the point where I’d get mad and forget my money that she said I couldn’t upload to my card because they need proof that I work. I’ve never known any PREPAID debit card to need proof of income where you have to show a second ID and take a picture to use the service. and then when she asked for additional ID she was very nasty. The way she acts is very suspicious and I would be careful giving any personal info at this location."
"I been going to this place ever since I was a child with my parent. I always heard them complain about the workers attitude fast forward 35 years later and the attitude of the people. Who work there is still the same no matter who it is working there it's like they mad they work there or speak to each other and ignore the customer but hey. I grew up in the neighborhood and still live in the neighborhood I'm use to it for the new people to the neighborhood get use to it hasn't changed in years welcome to the neighborhood"
