"Dr. Cropper is a wonderful vet, she is so caring and knowledgeable. being able to to speak with her during daily phone hours is a blessing. she knows her patients well and truly cares about their health and well being. she has gone above and beyond to treat my boys and it is very appreciated. I highly recommend Dr. Cropper, she is always available to provide excellent care."
"I would NEVER recommend Dr. Cropper. I asked her for advice or help with a family pet she had seen that was being neglected, and she ignored me. I think it’s telling that the introductory page of her website highlights her euthanasia services. What kind of vet leads with that information?"
"Dr. Cropper has been out vet for 29years through two cats and two dogs. She is compassionate and thorough. I cannot recommend her more highly."
"I’m writing this review on behalf of my mother in the hopes that it will help someone. Please be weary when working with Dr Cropper. She came with short notice which was great but unfortunately she misdiagnosed our dog and he had to be in pain for 2 weeks. We told Dr Cropper that he was not feeling well and he had a heart murmur for a few years. She checked it and assured us it was completely fine and definitely not a problem with his heart. Prescribed antibiotics for what she said could be an infection. Long story short lots of calls back and forth and she says his liver is bad and he’ll probably die soon. She said she would follow up but never did. He wasn’t getting better so we had no choice but to find another vet. Right away our new Vet said he was having Congestive heart failure and she could tell by listening to his chest right away and that he was experiencing this for a couple of weeks (when Dr Cropper had seen him). I just can’t understand how she missed that. Thank God he was able to get the meds that he needed. Im concerned Dr Copper, what happened was very serious and should not be taken lightly. I hope that you are more careful with you practice because it can cause a life."
"I have had Dr. Cropper as my veterinarian for the past 40 years !! When I was 19 and brought home my first stray kitten, a family member recommended her to me because she "made house calls" and I wanted my kitten's health care to be the least stressful experience. That was THE BEST call I have ever made. Through the next 40 years she has cared for 15 stray or rescued cats and 3 dogs that I had been blessed to call my beloved pets. The knowledge and professionalism she has go far beyond just the physical care of my pets. She takes the time to get to know each one of her "patients" individually and has a genuine caring personality which seems to put any pet at ease. She has calling hours each morning (except Wednesdays; surgery days) from 8:30 am to 10 am where she is available for any and every question or concern I ever had for any of my pets. The comfort of being able to talk to my vet about any concerns on a daily basis always gave me a sense of peace. How many vets do you know that are only a phone call away to personally speak to you about your concerns? She has kept all of my animals at optimum health and has held my hand and supported me in those sad times when I have had to say goodbye to my best friends. In the 40 years that she has been my vet, I have certainly gone through some financially difficult times, and money was never the first concern at those times....my pets care always came first !! I always felt that I was dealing with a "caring person" first..never a business !! I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone who loves there animals. You will never ever find a better more caring veterinarian in the State of New Jersey !!!"
