"I brought my two mini-doodle mixes to her and she took one look at them and said, they are matted. They will have to be shaved. Without even touching them! I knew there were no mats except in one of their tails, and one small mat near one of their ears. We felt the dogs together and I said I don't feel any mats. She didn't seem to either, but she blamed the texture of my goldendoodle"s hair which has very tight kinky curls. I kept saying that's just his hair texture. Which you would think a dog groomer would know. I told her to just bath them. I will say they came out looking great and I got them home and just cut out the 2 mats myself. I felt she was trying to take the easy way out by just wanting to shave them. I'm so glad I didn't let her!"
