"Since we raised our dog, we started to use Vetco clinic to regularly take care of our dog, such as vaccines. The processes were usually smoothy. The assistant weighed our dog first, checked with some questionnaires, then updated the record. However, we met one issue during our last visit at this Clifton site. We usually purchased Costco Frontline Pluse for flea & tick control. The doctor told us Frontline might not that efficient because we need to spread it on the skin under furs. Therefore, he recommended NexGard chewables and told us it's more efficient because it's chewable snack-like. In the meantime, the doctor also mentioned that Heartgard plus is very helpful to prevent heart worms, and that day Heartgard was in a discount sale along with NexGard purchase. It's a $90 dollars off if we purchased one-year supply. We took the offer. However, the reimbursement process from Boehringer Ingelheim was forever. We submitted our receipt online, then waiting, waiting and waiting. It's already one year; we never got our reimbursement. Nobody contacted us for any update. Not a good sale strategy!"

"I brought my K9 for two vaccines, the bordatella and lepto. The administering vet was extremely inpatient and refused to allow me to calm my dog down before literally stabbing her in the side while she thrashed around in my arms. Before he did, I asked him to wait because I’d purchased a treat to use to distract her while he gave her the shot but he refused, causing my dog to thrash around more and more after being stabbed. He was extremely rude and impatient throughout my experience."

"Vetco had us go in early and then they're not even set up. We had to wait 30 mins. from our appointment time. Then they started doing a rush job. Even almost forgot to give us our rabies tag. Still didn't receive the paperwork via email. And prices increased by another $10 in a year."

"I explained on the phone that I was bringing in a stray cat for vaccinations because we had live trapped him and quarantined him for 2 weeks. I get there and the guy asks for the cats records. I told him that I was starting his records with them with the vaccinations. He said, so he's never been seen by a vet? I said- no, he was a stray we took in. He said- oh, we don't do ferals. I had called ahead and checked everything and then got- we don't do ferals. His attitude was terrible and I just left. Does the cat in the picture look like a feral to you?"
