"Clean rooms, cool looking lobby with loungers in front of the TV and plenty of USB ports and office stations. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good at the Starbucks 8nside the place, and there's a full brick and mortar Starbucks (and a mall) right next door. Easy access from highways."

"I would love to give this hotel a 5, but I can't. Everyone that works the front desk was delightful, helpful and friendly; early morning or late at night. The housekeeping left a lot to be desired, our room was cleaned twice in 7 days and neither time were any surfaces wiped nor was it vacuumed. Not the worst that can happen. The biggest problem we had was the cafe/ breakfast service. First of all it closes at 10:30a.m., why? Not a full breakfast service and as we watched, there were plenty of employees around to serve customers. I found the employees behind the counter, unwilling to help, didn't bus tables, didn't know ingredients. We were told that the meat needed for a dish was in the freezer, so not sellable. It was ridiculous. I asked a young lady to bus a filthy table for another customer, and I was told it would have to wait because they were closed. We opted to walk to the nearby Starbucks for the last 4 days of our stay."

"Terrible experience with Front Desk after dinner. Literally I couldn’t see no one at the desk. Desk supervisor or manager and receptionist they were having conversation in the back. Once the receptionist see me came she was rude and manager.I think they should’ve learn something from Marriott’s orientation. But I couldn’t see that. I don’t know how they got hired and working here. Really bad attitude both of them got. They lost me and my business. Welcome Hilton or somewhere else. Bye bye especially this location."

"For some reason I couldn't write a review on the official survey but at least I wanted to mention you all in the positive way! What can I mention that people here didn't mention yet ? well I can defiantly say cozy. Yes, at the beginning I didn't expect much from 3 star hotel but then I discovered this property has much to offer: clean room, always have parking, although the area is not as tourist friendly, the staff were caring and professional enough and never made me feel lack of service. I always believe that in the hotel industry, the stuff represent the hotel and they sure did. I'm thankful for making my 10 nights feel home away from home and making my experience enjoyable"
