"Unfortunately I cannot comment on their service or sales, as I had a nearly impossible time getting in touch with them. I first tried two different time to request service online, with no contact from the company. I then attempted to contact their Ship Bottom location for service 4 times, with no answer on the phone, and no voicemail, phone just continued to ring. I finally called the Toms River branch and got someone on the phone. She was very helpful at first, answering questions, and texting me from a store number so that I could share pictures and information on the model Hot Springs spa that I have. After receiving the information on my Hot Springs spa, I was told they would get back to me with information on service. I have not heard anything back in two weeks since then, despite trying to contact them again."

"We bought our hot tub from them and we live in Medford. Just had a leak and called them. Zach came out today to service the problem. They are loyal to their customers and will travel to service. Zach was knowledgeable and fixed the problem right away and told us what to do to keep from having leaks in the future. A top notch business with great support even if you don’t live on LBI. Thank for being there for your customers!"
"Don't hesitate to purchase your hot tub from LBI HotSpring Spas - these guys are the best! Jack, the owner, personally came to my home to evaluate the area where I was planning to place my spa - and, although he respected my plan, he made a recommendation to put it somewhere else... and I am so, so glad that I listened to him. Jack then coordinated with my landscaper and mason and electrician to make sure that everything was lined up for seamless delivery. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Installation was a breeze - the LBI HotSpring crew took care of every detail. I want to also acknowledge Amy - she was readily accessible and responsive and super-helpful through every step of the process. Thank you, Jack! Thank you, Amy! My entire family loves our new Prism spa and it has been one of the best investments we have made."
