"I go here almost 2-3 times a week and LOVE the service. If you make jewelry you know that you don’t really need a reminder when your castings are ready. I usually go in two days after I dropped off my wax models and my items are always done. The pricing is FANTASTIC. Betty and Mohammed are my fave. Highly recommend."

"This has been a NIGHTMARE, I'd rather pay double for a cast and deal with people who actually treat you like a human being and PAYING CUSTOMER rather then what you have to go through here. live upstate so it's quite a trek to get there, I called prior to going to ensure they could take my wax ring had carved and turn it into brass. was told no, we don't do one offs of brass and when we do brass it takes several weeks to get done. walk in the next time I'm in the city and attempt to drop it off, the gentleman there tells me there's no one available to take my order and to come back later. This is 30 minutes after they opened mind you, so had to sit and wait because coming back isn't an option. Ileave the piece, get a quote for 35 dollars, and am told it will be ready Monday. 30 minutes later got 3 phone calls back to back all telling me it won't be ready on Monday it will be much later. I tell her OK, and when return to pick it up 5 days later I'm charged DOUBLE. They charged me the price for 3d printing and when noticed the increased cost was told *Oops, you will have to come in to the shop for a refund*, even though told them live upstate and it was extremely inconvenient. Fast forward to today, go in for the refund and I'm told by the worker we don't do refunds. After doing my best not to lose my temper and explain the situation again, she said OK give vou a refund. she pressed a button on her end. So did not in fact have to come all the way back to the city, in the torrential rain and floods for a refund which should've been issued days ago. As for the quality, It looks awful. So will absolutely NOT be going back here, and I suggest you avoid at all Costs."

"Horrible communication, avoid if you can. Sent over a job (two platinum rings with very simple designs casted and polished), never got a confirmation that they were working on the order. Had to call multiple times to confirm. Was promised that I could pick up the finished pieces three business days later. After three days I call in the morning and get told that they'd probably be done by the evening and that they'd call me. They did not call. The day after I call again, they tell me that they would get the job done that day. I waited and called the next morning. I am told the ring is done so I head down to their shop. I arrive and the ring is not ready. I have to wait almost two hours and then I can pick up the rings. The quality is fine although one of the rings has a tiny ding. However, I am being charged about 15% more for material than the rings actually need - supposedly the difference is lost during polishing. Then I notice that I made an error with the sizing. I tell them that I need to get one ring re-cast. They tell me they can use the material from the old ring. I ask if they can complete the job within one week. The lady assures me that it wouldn't be a problem. I sent over the new files and ask for confirmation. I don't hear back until I call a day before the planned pick-up. Now she tells me that the job hasn't been started yet because someone is sick and wont be back until the week after. In short, the ring won't be done by the time I need it. And they didn't bother letting me know that they wouldn't be able to meet the deadline. Lady gives no apology, just excuses. Competitive pricing but bad attitude from the reception lady and overall horrible communication. I guess you get what you pay for."
