"I am sharing my story as I feel betrayed and deceived by this local small business. This company has been coming into my home every two weeks to clean our home. Upon the initial walk through with the ‘charming’ owner, he assured me that our property would be covered if damages occurred. I trusted. Between the initial/final clean we have had minor mishaps that we may or may not have reported such as: -Photo Frame support flap broken -Young man entering basement not realizing I was home/working -full trash bag thrown and left on garage floor -bathroom shower left less then cleaned including neglect to clean niche -items moved to clean and left scattered -front and back sliding glass door left unlocked But…the final clean and the lack of integrity I received from the company is my breaking point and left me feeling infuriated, deceived, betrayed and I even was left to wonder if the owner had spoken to my husband rather me as a woman…would he have been so dismissive, condescending and patronizing. On the final clean, I returned home to find scratches on my NORDICTRACK VOULT MIRROR (approximately $3k value). I called the office immediately. They advised the owner would need to come out to assess yet that would take a week and required me to alter my work schedule to accommodate him. As I showed him the mirror he could see the scratches which were above 5’ high and all with the smears of the swipes of the clean. He mentioned “life happens” and asked if I “saw them scratch the mirror” (no, I don’t hover over your team nor do I have cameras in my master bedroom) however agreed to me calling NordicTrack for an estimate on replacement parts (strictly the mirror). Within an hour, I emailed the company with the quote from NordicTrack. They responded the team admitted to cleaning the mirror however they will not take responsibility as their policy is to use windex and microfiber cloths (no guarantee that cloth was clean). Multiple emails transpired over weeks until I finally received a call from the owner at which time he said “he will not do anything as I can not prove it was his team” Lastly, I also have record from iFit that (shameful to admit) I have not used the mirror since June 17, 2022."

The last straw was when they broke a bathroom tile and when I cancelled my services they told me they lost my house key."
